Terms & policies.
Clear terms for training, bookings and digital programs.
1. Overview
These Terms apply to the Triple Threat Training website, in-person services and digital programs. By booking, purchasing or participating, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. A parent or guardian must approve participation and purchases for a minor where required.
2. Bookings, payments & cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once the required information and payment have been received. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours and missed sessions are non-refundable, and the session will be charged or deducted from the client’s package. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session. Emergencies may be reviewed individually but exceptions are not guaranteed. If Triple Threat Training cancels a session, the client will receive a rescheduled session, credit or refund.
3. Digital programs & refunds
Digital programs are provided for personal use through Trainerize or another identified platform. Digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where otherwise required by law. Contact us if you experience an access or technical issue.
4. Health, safety & results
Physical training involves effort and a risk of injury. Participants must follow coaching instructions, use equipment properly and determine whether training is appropriate for their health. Triple Threat Training does not guarantee specific athletic, recruitment, scholarship or competitive results.
5. Intellectual property & contact
Our programs, videos, branding and training materials may not be copied, shared, sold or distributed without written permission. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. For questions, contact triplethreattraining33@gmail.com or 438-872-1150.
